Ever feel like you've 100 things to do and 10 minutes to do it? Let's get efficient! Efficiency is about achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort. All we have to do is organize and put great systems in place to create a well-oiled machine. 

When we view conversations as "challenging", we want to shrink back and pull away. Let's talk "Cardinal Conversations" instead. Cardinal Conversations are the ones that may not be easy, but are important to have. Let's practice how to have the conversations that require the most work. 

Delegating work does not mean we are offloading it. Sometimes it means we are ensuring that the most highly skilled individuals are investing in that particular task. How do we make sure we don't lose sight of the outcome? We keep close, coaching connections. Doing so allows us to check-in with the individual and the progress and not lose sight of the work. 

A simple template or protocol can change the way you look at meetings. Every connection can have purpose. When we address the right things and see real progress, we can feel accomplished and energized. 

New to leading? It's important to show others that we are leading with integrity. The leader who leads with integrity stands by their word, rolls up their sleeves, and ensures that their team knows they are supported. We will work on ways to build trust in our teams.
