Upper Elementary Guide
Montessori School of Lake Forest (MSLF) in Lake Forest, IL seeks a dedicated and experienced Upper Elementary Lead Guide to join our vibrant school community for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a unique opportunity for a Montessori-trained educator to bring vision, confidence, and collaboration to a well-established program rooted in authentic Montessori principles.
Located on a breathtaking campus nestled in nature, MSLF serves children from parent-infant through adolescence in a community grounded in respect, curiosity, and the development of the whole child. The Upper Elementary Lead Guide will join a team that values autonomy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to educational excellence. Adolescent Guide
We are seeking an Adolescent Guide to join City Garden Montessori School in St. Louis, MO for the 2025-2026 school year. This school seeks the right match to join this child-centered community and help the children continue to soar. The City Garden Montessori School Guide understands and promotes the school’s mission, vision, objectives, and policies both within and outside the school community. The Lead Guide is responsible for providing an instructional program delivered with both Montessori and an anti bias/anti-racist pedagogy. This role reports to the School Principal and works in partnership with their assistant guide, other instructional staff, and parents, to nurture the comprehensive development of all children in the school grounded in the Montessori method of education.

Primary & Elementary Teacher-Leaders
As a Primary or Elementary Teacher Leader, you’ll join together in a pairing with a co-Teacher Leader that serves the opposite age group, and have the opportunity to bring your school vision to life and receive access to support and resources throughout your School Startup Journey - from school planning, opening, and beyond. You’ll have the flexibility to provide instruction and lead day-to-day school operations, offering a unique blend of teaching and leadership. These roles provide the autonomy to shape the educational experiences offered within your school and local community, ensuring a nurturing, responsive, and effective learning environment. You’ll also have the support of a robust network dedicated to your professional growth and leadership development. The School Startup Journey typically spans 12-18 months, involving phases where you define your school’s vision, secure a facility, and obtain funding in partnership with your charter team. In this particular case, a portion of the startup journey has been completed by the founding team.
